Mission Ministry leads the congregation of Southminster Presbyterian Church of Glen Ellyn in sharing of spiritual, financial and “hands-on” gifts as modeled by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Whom We Serve
We believe that Christ is the head of the church and we are brothers and sisters in Christ. We are reminded that Jesus said, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind.” This is the greatest and first commandment. The second “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.
