Parking Lot Reconstruction Capital Campaign: “Paving the Way”
The parking lot reconstruction project is moving along. The plans have been approved by the Village of Glen Ellyn and Milton Township. We are in the process of soliciting bids for the project, with the actual work to probably start in the summer 2025. Early bids suggest that the project cost will be approx. $180,000.
We will present the project plan, timeline, and how to pay for the project. An informational congregational meeting has been called for Sunday, January 26 (immediately following worship) to introduce a capital campaign to raise the money. Information will also be sent out to congregation members via mail or email.
