February brings Pizza & Games on the 2nd and 23rd. All middle and high school youth are invited to spend 4:00-6:00 p.m. in Fellowship Hall eating pizza, playing games, and having a “deep thought.” Friends are always welcome, and the meal costs $5. On Feb. 16th, we meet at 4:00 p.m. at the food court in Yorktown Mall for a photo scavenger hunt! We will hunt for mally things, eat mally food, and master the ways of the American mall.
But baby is it chili outside… Find grandma’s recipe, get out the beans, and practice cooking up your best pot of chili or soup. Our annual Chili/Soup Cook-Off is coming on Sunday, March 2. This is a fundraiser for the youth mission trip—a free-will offering will be taken. It is also a whole lot of good food and good fun. Not a cook? Then you are a judge! So, join us after fellowship on March 2 for a good meal and a good time. Sign-up sheets for contestants and consumers will appear in the Narthex in mid-February.
